Salicylic acid provides keratolytic and anti-inflammatory action, promotes exfoliation of dead skin cells, and prevents pore clogging. Niacinamide (2.5%) strengthens the hydrolipid barrier by stimulating ceramide synthesis, reduces redness, regulates sebum production, and helps increase skin density and elasticity.
